Attention members of 4374, I made a short episode that is an election update. Only 10 minutes in length. Feel free to listen to this for an update on transparency about my run for Vice President, and some clarification about things that people seemed to be offended about. I also thank those who have contributed to this wonderful opportunity I have had to be running for your Vice President. This will be my one and only mention of the election this season on my podcast. Their Data, Your Victory, Digging Into Grievance Gold. This episode is about using the various TACs reports that are at our disposal to be able to prove your burden of proof in any grievance. Today we start with TACS and if stewards like this one I will move onto the other systems like DOIS. 

This episode is about building a better casefile, although it has a focus on the stewards any carrier can listen in because its sometimes reliant on what information a greivant is willing to give their steward!

In this episode we talk about the infamous Postal Purgatory that management is placing carriers in to harass and intimidate those who they don't like, and how our union isn't doing enough to protect us from this. We are watching you and we expect better. This isn't an attack, but a call for action framed from a constructive anger, rather than a punitive one. If injustice angers you, this episode is not for you.
