Part Two Of Mind Over Management. Going over three additional scenarios. This is a two part series of the trials and tribulations of what letter carriers go through on a regular basis and how to respond to management who are constantly harrassing letter carriers. 

Early episode release. This will be a two part series going over the daily conflicts and confrontations that letter carriers get into when dealing with management. There will be enactments of these confrontations. It is about how to react appropriately in these situations, yet stay as militant as possible in terms of contract enforcement, and how to best play defense in these situations. Part Two will be the normal Wednesday Episode. 

Today we go over a useful heat stress document, and the basics of Article 8 and escalating remedies

The basics of the JSOV and Mutual Respect. How to identify what issue you have. How to properly document the problem. How to address a pattern of behavior, and general insight on how to be successful on these types of grievances. 

This episode is a grab bag of different contractual issues that I find to be currently relevant. It goes over 3 different contractual issues and finally concludes on a opinion piece about the importance of your duties as a member of the NALC.
