In this episode of Parcels of Knowledge, we discuss my recent step b decisions on 271gs and talk about the 2 tricks that management is using to work around having to adjust overburdened routes in my station, and how we will be responding to this foolishness.

In this episode the wreckingball reviews a Step B decision that clarifies the difference between management denying LWOP under ELM 514.22 and an employee’s right under ELM 513.6 and Article 10.5.B to choose LWOP or annual leave when sick leave is approved but the employee lacks sufficient sick balance.
